Hertz Matrix – Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which Hertz Matrix accepts cancellations, issues refunds, and terminates hosting services. All users must review and understand this Policy before purchasing hosting or domain services.

1. General Refund Guidelines

1.1 All purchases made through Hertz Matrix are considered final unless covered under specific refund-eligible categories.

1.2 Refunds are provided only for qualifying services that meet the criteria in this Policy.

1.3 Payments made using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers are non-refundable.

1.4 Refunds may take 5 to 14 business days depending on the payment gateway.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Shared Hosting: Eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase if no policy violations occurred.

2.2 VPS Hosting: Refunds are not available for VPS plans because server resources are provisioned instantly and exclusively for the user.

2.3 Dedicated Servers: Not eligible for refunds due to high provisioning costs and resource allocation.

2.4 Cloud Hosting: Pro-rated refunds may be issued only for prepaid unused months.

2.5 Reseller Hosting: Refunds are permitted within the first 7 days if accounts under the reseller plan have not exceeded resource thresholds.

2.6 Add-on Services: SSL certificates, IP addresses, backups, malware tools, and email services are non-refundable once activated.

2.7 Domain Services: Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable as they are processed externally with registries.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Users may cancel any hosting service at any time through the account dashboard.

3.2 Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless the service qualifies under Section 2.

3.3 Data may be permanently deleted upon cancellation. Users are responsible for taking backups before initiating termination.

3.4 Early cancellation of long-term plans does not qualify for partial refunds unless stated otherwise in promotional terms.

4. Grounds for Denial of Refund

4.1 Violations of hosting rules, abuse, or illegal activities automatically void refund eligibility.

4.2 Excessive use of server resources beyond plan limits may forfeit refund rights.

4.3 Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in immediate termination without refund.

4.4 Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective performance expectations such as speed or compatibility with custom scripts.

5. Service Suspension and Termination

5.1 Hertz Matrix may suspend services for unpaid invoices, policy violations, or security concerns.

5.2 Terminated accounts do not qualify for refunds for remaining periods.

5.3 Suspended accounts may be reinstated once outstanding issues are resolved, but downtime caused by user actions is not refundable.

6. Refund Request Process

6.1 Users must submit refund requests through the official support channel within the applicable refund window.

6.2 Requests must include the invoice number, account details, and reason for the refund.

6.3 Hertz Matrix may review server logs, usage data, and policy compliance before approving refunds.

6.4 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1 Hertz Matrix may update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in service, law, or operational requirements.

7.2 Users are responsible for reviewing the Policy periodically to stay informed.
