Hertz Matrix – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Hertz Matrix, a web hosting platform providing hosting, domain, and server solutions. By creating an account or using any Hertz Matrix services, you agree fully to these Terms. Read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Hertz Matrix" refers to the hosting platform offering shared hosting, VPS hosting, cloud hosting, dedicated hosting, reseller hosting, and related services.
1.2 "User" refers to any person or business using Hertz Matrix services.
1.3 "Hosting Services" include website hosting, server rental, domain services, resource allocation, and any associated technical support.
1.4 "Website" refers to the official Hertz Matrix online platform and related systems.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Hertz Matrix services.
2.2 You must have full legal capacity to enter into service agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Users must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
3.2 Hertz Matrix may verify identity and billing details for security and compliance.
3.3 Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and all activities performed under their account.
4. Hosting Service Types
4.1 Shared Hosting: A shared server environment where resources are distributed among multiple users. Performance may vary based on overall server load.
4.2 VPS Hosting: A Virtual Private Server providing isolated resources and greater control than shared hosting.
4.3 Dedicated Hosting: A full physical server allocated exclusively to the user with full administrative control.
4.4 Cloud Hosting: A scalable hosting service running on multiple connected servers, enabling high uptime and flexible resource usage.
4.5 Reseller Hosting: Services enabling users to resell hosting packages to third parties under their own branding.
4.6 Additional Services include email hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, backups, and server security tools.
5. Service Usage
5.1 Users must not host content that violates law, infringes intellectual property, spreads malware, or promotes harmful activities.
5.2 Resource usage must follow the limits defined in the selected hosting plan. Excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension.
5.3 Users are responsible for maintaining backups unless a backup service is included in the plan.
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 All hosting plans require timely payments to maintain service continuity.
6.2 Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the refund policy.
6.3 Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or permanent deletion of hosting data.
7. Service Availability
7.1 Hertz Matrix aims to provide high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7.2 Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt hosting services. Users will be notified when possible.
7.3 External factors such as network outages or cyberattacks may affect service performance.
8. User Responsibilities
8.1 Users must ensure that all hosted content complies with law and does not violate the rights of others.
8.2 Users must not attempt to exploit, attack, or disrupt any Hertz Matrix systems.
8.3 Users are responsible for the security of their scripts, software, and websites hosted on their plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Hertz Matrix is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from user actions or external threats.
9.2 Hertz Matrix does not guarantee that hosting services will meet specific business results or performance expectations.
9.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and may be updated or changed at any time.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 Hertz Matrix may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or illegal activities.
10.2 Users may cancel their hosting service at any time. Cancellations do not guarantee refunds.
10.3 Hosting data may be deleted permanently once an account is terminated.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka unless stated otherwise by local regulations.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Hertz Matrix may update these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
12.2 Continued use of services after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
